Week
It hasopinions now.
Meet the pile. Smug. Well-rested. Living rent-free in your room.
You know the pile.
It started as one hoodie on the chair. Now the chair has a job it never applied for and you're running the sniff test on a Tuesday like that's a normal way to live. It isn't normal. It's just common.
Every dorm at NC State grows one: the pile, quietly gaining mass in the corner, waiting for you to run out of socks and options at the same time. Yours is about to become someone else's problem. Specifically, ours.
Roommate: whose turn is it for a laundry run
Roommate: we're out of quarters again btw
You: we don't do that anymore
Roommate: ??
You: bag's already on the porch. check thursday
The pile has had a good run. End it.
First named house review lands after August move-in. We'd rather show you a real one than write a fake one.
CH. 02 Tuesday. The bag.
Tuesday, 8:47 AM.
Bag on the porch by 8. We text you a reminder Monday night. That's the whole job.
Out Tuesday. Back Thursday.
One bag out, one bag back, every week of the semester. No guarding a dryer at 1am. No machine that eats one sock per cycle as a tax.
Fill the bag. Set it out Tuesday.
That's your entire job. No sorting, no schlepping, no babysitting a machine in a basement on a Sunday. We text you a reminder Monday night — the bag does the commute, you don't.
Your part: 30 secondsWe wash, dry, and fold everything.
At a real commercial laundry facility in Raleigh, with industrial machines and people who do this for a living. Not a stranger's bathtub.
Your part: nothingBack Thursday. Folded.
Same clothes, better mood, both socks. Thursday is a promise, not an estimate.
Your part: open the bagCH. 02 The receipts
The mathOne price. Flat. Unlike your fitted sheet.
Everything priced out loud — the cap, the add-ons, the turnaround, and exactly what happens if your bag is over. No asterisks, no surge weeks, no fine print doing push-ups behind a paywall.

One 20 lb bag, every week. Your everyday clothes — washed, dried, folded. No per-pound surprises. No surge weeks.
- One 20 lb bag weekly — that's a full week of one human's clothes
- Pickup every Tuesday, right from your door
- Washed, dried, and folded by people who do this for a living
- Delivered back Thursday. A promise, not an estimate
- Detergent, machines, and handling all included
Add-ons, priced honestly: Comforter — $20 each. Sheets & linen bundles — separate add-on, priced at signup. The bag is for clothes; the cap is what keeps the price flat.
Laundry is a three-hour job — sorting, waiting, folding, the trip back for the sock. $25 a week for those three hours is about $8 an hour. Your Sunday costs more than that.
CH. 03 The standoff
The pile has had a good run. End it.
One glowing bag on a porch beats a five-week dynasty. Tuesday settles it.
CH. 03 The route
The routeOne van. Four campuses. Zero excuses.
We're not a national app with a contractor problem. We're a Raleigh facility with a route — and your campus is on it.
CH. 04 Thursday
Thursday, deliveredFolded like you have your life together.
Thursday's bag opens to a stack so clean it reads as a personality upgrade. Shirts squared. Socks paired, both present. The hoodie is soft again and the exact size it left, which we mention because we know what dorm dryers do to hoodies.
You didn't get organized. You just look like you did, which on a college campus is the same thing.
Folded like you were raised right.
Take a load off.
Count the Sundays between move-in and finals. That's how many laundry days you're not doing anymore. Spend them at the game, at the library, asleep.
And for the record: walking into a Monday 8am in a shirt that was folded on Thursday is a genuine competitive advantage. We're not here to tell you what to do with your time. We're here to make sure the pile doesn't get a vote.
Status updateThe chair has been released back into being furniture. It's doing great.
Not merch. A uniform.
Heavyweight hoodies, tees, and the canvas bag people ask about. Made to be worn to class, not to advertise a laundry service.

First drop lands at Packapalooza, Saturday, August 22. Founding numbers get first look.
Parents, this is the tab worth picking up.
One flat $100 a month. No per-pound surprises, no surge weeks, no call about a broken card reader. The clothes are cleaned at a real commercial laundry facility in Raleigh with industrial machines and actual staff, on a schedule with the Monday-night reminder built in.
You'll know it's working when the video calls start coming from a clean room and nobody asks how to wash a comforter. They get their Sunday back. You get receipts.
It's the gift that says "we believe in you" without saying "we worry about you."
Questions from a parent brain? hello@cleanyourdirtylaundry.com
Asked, answered, folded.
What if I need something back faster?
Real emergency — an interview, a formal, an incident? DM @cleanyourdirtylaundry and we'll tell you straight whether we can pull it off. Otherwise the rhythm is Tuesday out, Thursday back. Two days, every week, like clockwork.
What if I forget to put the bag out?
We text you a reminder Monday night, every week. The reminder comes to you, the bag goes out Tuesday, and the pile never gets its sequel.
Will my hoodie come back a crop top?
No. Your clothes are washed by people who do this for a living at a commercial facility, not a roommate with a hamper and optimism. Cold wash where it matters, low heat where it counts. Delicates get treated like delicates. The hoodie comes back the size it left.
How much fits in the bag?
20 pounds — a full week of one person's clothes: shirts, pants, gym gear, socks, towels from the shower kind of life. It's a hard cap, and the hard cap is the honest part: it's what lets the price stay flat instead of creeping like everyone else's. If it's bulging like it owes you money, that's a linens conversation — see below.
What about comforters, sheets, and bedding?
Separate, on purpose. The weekly bag is for everyday clothes. Comforters are $20 each as an add-on — tell us at pickup. Sheet and linen bundles are their own add-on, priced when you sign up. Your comforter weighs as much as your entire wardrobe; pretending otherwise is how other services end up with surge weeks.
What happens if my bag is overweight?
We weigh at the facility. A little over, we'll wash it and text you a heads-up. A comforter stuffed in the middle, we'll text you an add-on link before anything gets washed — no surprise charges, ever. Nothing gets billed that you didn't say yes to.
Is $100 a month actually worth it?
Add up machine money, detergent, dryer sheets, and every Sunday between now and May. Then decide what an afternoon of your semester is worth. If your time is worth nothing, no. If it's worth anything at all, yes.
Where do you actually wash it?
A real commercial laundromat on North Raleigh Boulevard. Industrial machines, trained staff, an actual building with an address. Not a side hustle with a basket and a dream, and never a stranger's bathtub.
Can my parents pay?
Yes, and most will want to. It's one flat charge, no surprise fees, and it's the difference between calling home about life and calling home about laundry. Send them the parent page — it was written for them.

A founding number is a jersey number, not a discount code: first claim on launch-week pickup slots, numbered founding gear down the line, and proof you were here before it was obvious. After 100, the list is just a list.
The pile has had a good run. End it.

Done. You're on the route list for move-in week. Nothing left to do — go be a person.
